About Vision Cattle
I would like to introduce you to the Stull family cow calf operation. The operation has grown over the year and now consists of over 500 commercial, registered Charolais and club calf cows about half calving in the spring and half in the fall. By building consistency into our herd, and utilizing a nothing held back vet program including EID tags our back grounded calves have consistently topped the market and many of the females have been bought to go into heifer development programs.
With things clicking along nicely, you might ask why take on Club Calves and Charolais breeding cattle. Well expanding numbers and adding acres of pasture are not an easy thing as you can appreciate, so Vision Cattle was developed out of a desire to add a couple of specialized markets to a long time cow calf operation.
We have taken our “it pays to do it right” philosophy to building out our Club calf and Charolais herds. None of the cows or calves get special treatment whether commercial, club calf or charolais, they have to go out and work for us. Except for in extreme weather situations you will find them all out on the same grass calving together.
